Emergency dispatch — 24/7. (555) 903-6011

Water in the house? We're already moving.

Crews dispatched around the clock for water, fire, and storm damage. We bill your insurance directly, document everything from minute one, and stay on the job through the rebuild.

Active emergency? Call (555) 903-6011 instead of filling anything out.

While you wait: the first hour

What you do before we arrive changes what can be saved.

  • Stop the water at the main shutoff if it's still running
  • Shut power to wet rooms off at the breaker — not at the wall switch
  • Photograph everything before you move it. Every room, every angle
  • Lift what you can onto dry ground: photos, documents, electronics
  • Don't walk through standing water near outlets or a submerged panel
  • Don't run your household vacuum on water, or ceiling fans in a wet room
  • Don't throw anything away until it's photographed and logged

What happens after you send this

  1. 1Dispatch calls you backTo confirm access, pets, and anything that should happen before we pull in.
  2. 2A crew is assignedWith the right truck for the loss — extraction, board-up, or containment.
  3. 3We document before we touch anythingPhotos and readings, for you and for the carrier.
  4. 4You get a scope in writingWhat's being removed, what's being dried, and what the rebuild looks like.
Structural drying

Dry means a number, not a feeling

Drywall can feel dry and still hold enough moisture to grow mold behind the paint. We set air movers and dehumidifiers, take readings in the same spots every day, and pull equipment only when the material hits dry standard. Typical structural drying runs 3–5 days; you see the log either way.

The part everyone dreads

Insurance, handled

We bill your carrier directly

You pay your deductible. No fronting the cost of an emergency you didn't plan for.

We document from minute one

Photos, moisture readings, and equipment logs — the things adjusters ask for later.

You pick the contractor

Your carrier can recommend; they can't require. That's your call, in every state we work.

One company through the rebuild

Mitigation and reconstruction under one contract, so nothing falls between two trades.

3:10am

The call that can't go to voicemail

Every hour that basement sits is more drywall, more flooring, and a mold problem on top of a water problem. Somebody answers here, every time.

Honest answers

How fast can you actually get here?+

Depends on the hour and what else is running — after a regional storm every restoration company in the county is stretched. Dispatch will tell you a real window when you call, not a slogan.

Will my insurance cover this?+

Sudden, accidental water usually is; long-term seepage and flood from outside usually aren't (flood needs separate coverage). We document everything and tell you honestly how it's likely to be classified.

Can I use my own contractor for the rebuild?+

Yes. Your carrier may recommend a preferred vendor, but the choice is yours. We do both — mitigation only, or all the way through the rebuild.

Do I need mold testing?+

Not usually before remediation — if you can see it, testing mostly tells you what you already know. After remediation, third-party clearance testing is worth it, and we'll arrange it.

Every hour counts. Let's get someone out there.
